Carton Former/Sealer

Siat PS50-TB UK

Semi-automatic single block case former and sealer.

Case Former

The operator picks the box, manually adjusts for the box size and the machine squares it in position, folding the two width-wise flaps under the carton in the process. The bottom carton flaps activate two switches which trigger the folders to fold both lengthwise flaps under, completing the base.

The operator can now fill the box without having to hold it with one hand. Once filled, the operator folds the top flaps and activates the carton pusher to insert the carton into the sealing section.

It’s as simple as that. Of course there’s a lot more to this carton former/sealer – as the specification below shows – but the best way to find out how this amazing machine can add real value to your business, is to talk to one of our sales team. Why not give them a call on 01274 761881 now and they’ll guide you through the machines features and benefits in more detail.
